Throughout these Terms, “FurSentry™”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to FurSentry™. “You” and “your” refer to any person who accesses our website or purchases products from us.

By accessing our website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the website or purchase our products.

3. FurSentry™ Product Disclaimer

FurSentry™ products are designed to support a natural approach to pet care and provide a supplementary barrier against fleas, ticks, mosquitoes and other unwanted pests.

Individual results may vary depending on factors including the animal, coat type, environment, climate, activity level, correct product use and level of pest exposure.

FurSentry™ products:

• Do not guarantee that your pet will never encounter fleas, ticks, mosquitoes or other pests.
• Are not veterinary medicines, pesticides or medical treatments.
• Are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease.
• Should not replace veterinary advice, prescribed treatments, regular inspections or other appropriate pest-control measures.
• Must be used in accordance with the instructions supplied with the product.

Regularly inspect your pet for fleas, ticks, irritation and other health concerns.

Seek advice from a qualified veterinarian if your pet is unwell, has an existing medical condition, is pregnant or nursing, is taking medication, has known sensitivities or experiences an unexpected reaction.

Stop using the product and seek veterinary advice if your pet develops irritation, discomfort or another adverse reaction.

4. Safe Product Use

You are responsible for reading and following all instructions, warnings and care information supplied with your FurSentry™ product.

Products must be kept away from children when not in use.

Capsules and product components must not be swallowed, chewed, opened or used for any purpose other than their intended purpose.

You are responsible for checking that the product is fitted securely and appropriately for your pet. Products should be inspected regularly for signs of damage, wear or loosening.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss or damage caused by:

• Failure to follow the supplied instructions
• Incorrect fitting
• Misuse or improper handling
• Unauthorised modification
• Animal chewing
• Accidental damage
• Use for an unintended purpose

Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

5. Orders

Risk in the products passes to you once the order has been delivered to the nominated delivery address, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

You are responsible for customs duties, import taxes and other charges imposed by the destination country unless they are expressly included at checkout.
